Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1.1. These T&C apply to all agreements between Beyond Group GmbH and its customers ("Users") regarding the use of beyond-bot.ai and related services (e.g., B-Bot Hub, B-Bot Chat / Swiss Chat, B-Bot API).

1.2. The Provider offers services in the field of artificial intelligence, in particular a platform to create, manage and use virtual experts ("Virtual Experts").

1.3. Any deviating terms of the User do not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing by the Provider.

2.1. The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation for the User to submit an offer.

2.2. By completing registration or booking a paid plan, the User submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when access is enabled or confirmed by the Provider.

2.3. The User must provide truthful information during registration and protect their credentials from unauthorized access.

3.1. The Provider grants access to the platform within the chosen plan. The scope of features is defined by the respective service description on the website.

3.2. B-Bot Tokens: Certain AI features require "B-Bot Tokens" as an internal unit for compute usage. Tokens may be included in subscriptions or purchased separately ("On-Demand").

3.3. The Provider aims for high availability (Swiss Precision & Reliability), but 100% availability cannot be guaranteed, especially during maintenance or disruptions outside the Provider’s control.

4.1. The User may only use the services in compliance with applicable law and these T&C.

4.2. It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful content, malware distribution, or activities that endanger the integrity of the Provider’s systems.

4.3. The User is responsible for data they upload and for content generated by their virtual experts.

5.1. Fees are based on prices valid at the time of contract conclusion. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in the specified currency (e.g., USD or CHF) plus applicable VAT.

5.2. Subscriptions: Monthly or annual fees are due in advance. Annual subscriptions typically include a discount (e.g., 20%).

5.3. Payment methods: Common credit cards are accepted for subscriptions and token purchases. For enterprise licenses, payment via bank transfer may be agreed.

5.4. In case of late payment, the Provider may temporarily suspend access to the service.

6.1. The term depends on the selected plan (monthly or annual).

6.2. Subscriptions renew automatically for the respective term unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

6.3. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.

7.1. The Provider is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability exists only for breach of essential contractual obligations.

7.2. As content may be generated by AI models, the Provider does not warrant correctness, completeness, or appropriateness of answers produced by virtual experts.

7.3. Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8.1. The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR.

8.2. Details on data processing can be found in the separate privacy policy on the website.

9.1. Swiss law applies.

9.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Beyond Group GmbH (Böttstein, Switzerland).

9.3. If individual provisions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
